At the heart of the Community

As one of Ellesmere’s largest employers, Fabdec is a proud partner at the heart of the community and has supported the Shropshire Triathlon since its launch 20 years ago.

Fabdec are again privileged to sponsor the competitors from Shropshire and we will be awarding prizes for the first female and the first male athletes from the county. We are also sponsoring the relay teams and awarding prizes to the winning teams.

The Shropshire Triathlon has established itself as one of the leading events in the sport and over the years has gone from strength to strength. We are delighted that this event will attract world class athletes to Ellesmere and also that the Shropshire Triathlon will provide a challenging event that members of the local community can enjoy. This year The Shropshire Triathlon is one of the three Age Group Qualifier events for the 2012 World Triathlon Championships which are being held in Auckland New Zealand in October.
